Setting the Gold Standard in Customer Service and Support

“My experience with In Touch Pharmacy has far surpassed my expectations. The staff demonstrates superior customer service and go above and beyond in meeting the needs of our facility. It truly is a pleasure doing business with In Touch Pharmacy.”

We recognize that it is not always easy to make a change, but we work very hard to make it as easy as possible without missing a step. Many companies can talk the talk, but at In Touch Pharmaceuticals we also walk the walk.

We are just a phone call away, 24 hours-a-day, 7 days a week.

What You Really Want and Need During a Transition

“I have been working with the folks at In-Touch for the past 9 years. They have been a pleasure to work with and the staff is VERY knowledgeable on all medication formulas. They handle thousands of orders each month and their experience has made the daily routine pleasant and cost-effective for all. I would be happy to tell you more if you like to give me a call.”

We want our new partnership to begin on solid footing, so to ensure that the transition is smooth and seamless our Go Live process begins 30-45 days before your facility begins receiving In Touch services. Our Go Live coordinator and team will meet with key facility personnel to gather start-up information and provide sample policy and procedures for your DON to review.

Go Live Timeline

Below is a sample of our timeline that will help ease the transition.
  • Train the trainer takes place at In Touch Pharmaceuticals. We invite facility staff to tour and review in detail the presentation that is given in the pharmacy
  • In Touch billing specialists meet with partner billing personnel to set-up census info, statement requirements and to schedule a “Family Night”
  • Pharmacy Consultant schedules a meeting with the DON to review requested services
  • In Touch delivery fleet driver begins picking up copies of orders which in turn serves as a delivery dry run
  • Approximately 5-7 days prior to In Touch starting services, the In Touch Go Live Coordinator in-services facility partners; covering all shifts
  • Approximately 3 – 5 days prior to In Touch starting services, In Touch Nursing conducts a chart review to catch and enter any new orders to ensure accurate recording from the very beginning
  • 24 hours prior to starting services, In Touch Go Live Team is present to change over carts and assist with the first med pass. Members of the team stay at the facility as long as needed.
